Quick Draft Snack

Yet more early declarations for the 2021 NFL draft, including a potential Top 5 QB selection.

BYU junior QB Zach Wilson has entered his name into the fray. I recently mocked Wilson to the Jets at pick #2. He is joined by a pair of corners, Southern Cal’s Olaijah Griffin and Tre Norwood of Oklahoma.

Another potential first-round pick, TCU safety Trevon Moehrig, is jumping into the 2021 draft.

Also entering the draft is Georgia edge rusher Azeez Ojulari. Southern Cal DL Marlon Tuipulota and Colorado guard William Sherman also are making the leap.

Speaking of the Trojans, talented junior WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is also departing Los Angeles early.

Speaking of Oklahoma, their center, junior Creed Humphrey has accepted an invite to the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Humphrey, Ohio State’s Josh Myers, and Landon Dickerson of Alabama are my top three centers in this class and all accepted Senior Bowl invites. However, due to an injury in the SEC title game, it is doubtful Dickerson will be able to play.

Utah junior TE Brant Kuithe announced he would return to Salt Lake City next season.
