2021 NFL Mock Draft: Version 2.0

The first round of the NFL playoffs is in the books. College football has completed its weirdest season in memory. It feels like time to drop another mock draft on the masses.

1-Jacksonville Jaguars–Trevor Lawrence, QB, Clemson

Barring Trevor Lawrence committing a felony between now and April 29th you can lock this pick in.

2-New York Jets–Justin Fields, QB, Ohio State

The draft truly starts with the Jets. Do they trade down and build around Sam Darnold? Do they draft a new QB of the future? I can honestly see them going either of these two ways or in another direction entirely. Fields may need some time to get adjusted but he has the skill level to be an upper-echelon NFL starter.

3-Miami Dolphins-F. HOU-Ja’Marr Chase, WR, LSU

Miami once again is loaded with draft capital, mostly thanks to consistently fleecing Bill O’Brien. Miami will look to build around Tua Tagovailoa who struggled a tad as a rookie. Surrounding with more weapons or more protection should be a top priority for the Dolphins brass.

4-Atlanta Falcons–Zach Wilson, QB, BYU

Is it time to start grooming the replacement for Matt Ryan? With a new coaching staff and front office will be in place for Atlanta so the time may be now to start fresh.

5-Cincinnati Bengals–Penei Sewell, OT, Oregon

PROTECT JOE BURROW AT ALL COSTS!!
